Lao Luoyang Mianguan (Old Luoyang Noodle House)
Bright, unpretentious, and packed with locals, this a fantastic place for a casual meal. Order thezhajiangmian(noodles with bean sauce) and thetangcu liji(sweet-and-sour fish). The place is tastefully decorated with simple Ming-dynasty style chairs and appears to be fairly clean.
