Ding Ding Xiang
This Mongolian-style mutton hot pot restaurant is tremendously and justifiably popular for its signature dipping sauce(jinpai tiaoliao), a flavorful sesame sauce so thick they have to dish it out with ice cream scoops. Large plates of fresh sliced lamb(yangrou)are surprisingly cheap; other options include beef(niurou), spinach(bocai), and sliced winter melon(donggua pian).Decor is plain, and the place is clean for a local restaurant. You'll probably have to wait at the door.
